Francesco Onofrio Manfredini (June 22, 1684 - October 6, 1762) was an Italian Baroque composer and violinist.
He studied violin with Giuseppe Torelli and composition with Giacomo Antonio Perti. His music displays the influence of Antonio Vivaldi. Known in his day as a composer of oratorios, very few of his works have survived, and only secular works remain in the repertoire.
